As a unique advantages of the quartz sand filter, the filter tank is able to run self-adaptively through the optimization of the filter media and filter design, so that the quartz sand filter has a strong adaptivity to raw water concentration, operating conditions, pre-disposal process, i.e. the filter machine bedautomatically forms a non-uniform state during filtration, which helps to guarantee the water quality under a variety of operating conditions and spread the filter material when backwashing, achieving good cleaning effect. The sand filter has advantages including fast filtering speed, high filtration precision and large interception capacity, etc.

The quartz sand filtration tank is used in the industrial water, domestic water and municipal water systems requiring outflow turbidity of not greater than 5mg/l and complying with drinking water quality standards and for the removal of suspended solid sand solids in industrial wastewater, it can be used as ion exchange and pretreatment for softening desalination system and can also be used in the coarse filtration of water with undemanding industrial water quality, swimming pool circular processing system and cooling circulating water purification system.
Industrial filter tank is an efficient water treatment equipment, which removes suspended matter, microorganisms and other fine particles from water by using different types and particle size granular substances (such as quartz sand, activated carbon, fiber, etc.) as filter material. These filter material layers can complete the water filtration and purification process through mechanical filtration, adsorption filtration and biological filtration.
Technical parameter of by-pass filter for the industrial circulating water:
Flow filter flow is designed according to 5% to 10% of the total circulation volume (the by-pass filter flow of the cooling water is designed by 10 % of the circulation volume and the by-pass filter flow of chilled water is designed by 5% of the circulation volume) and the filtration rate is designed by 20 - 3Smih according to water quality of the system. Specific to corrosive suspended solids of the circulating water system as well as the control, our technical support team has designed a variety of manual/automatic by-pass filtrating equipment in line with customer demand.

Automatic filter is a water treatment equipment with integrated automatic control function, which includes several key components:
1. Water inlet: This is the inlet of water into the quartz sand filter, usually equipped with a valve or control device to regulate the flow of water into the filter equipment.
2. Water outlet: The filtered water flows out through this outlet, which can be directly used for the subsequent water treatment process or direct use.
3. Drain port: When the filter is backwashed, the waste water containing impurities will be discharged through this outlet. Backwashing is a regular process used to remove accumulated impurities on the filter material and maintain the filtration efficiency of the filter device.
4. Pressure gauge: used to monitor the pressure inside the quartz sand filter. It can help to monitor the working condition of the filter tank, such as high pressure may mean that the filter material is blocked and needs to be backwashed.
